While you're writing, find the address for your local TV and radio
stations and ask them to run the PSA's.  They have to donate a certain
amount of time to PSA's, and they decide which ones to run based at least
partially on their customers' request.  So... request away!  :)  They
should already have copies of the PSA's, but, if they don't, you can give
them the URL above so they can order copies.
