lavinia, you might be able to find a potter to make some for you. 
oddly enough, I made a very similar thing a few years ago when I was
doing slab work and it was very simple.    If you're really strapped
to get them, it might be worth enlisting someone- as long as they can
use porcelain so they can roll out the slabs very thin and make sure
the lip is very thin.
