I give moms a sterile collection cup, write the RX and tell her to mix it
thoroughly herself :-)  What else do you think those guys are doing behind
the counter?  Others have suggested on Lactnet to just use the mupirocin by
itself. I have good results using mupirocin oint, betamethasone oint and
nystatin oint in equal amounts. Paqt in SNJ
