My understanding of the Hartmann et al results is somewhat different
from either of the above. Their research says that fat content of the
milk at any point in time is inversely proportional to the fullness of
that breast at that time.

Hence a baby who is keeping the breast just about empty with frequent
small feeds should be getting very fatty milk almost all of the time.
It's all "hindmilk".
