LLLI prints a pamphlet called "Nursing Two, Is it for You?"  It's fairly
comprehensive, and bigger than many of their pamphlets.  I believe someone
is writing a book for LLLI re: tandem nursing, but I don't believe it's
been published yet, so that's of no help.  You can probably find some
discussion (though I forget exactly how much) of tandem nursing in
_Mothering Your Nursing Toddler_ , and _How Weaning Happens_.
