Yes, I would rather see baby dressed in a t-shirt or onesie and
swaddled, than placed in a thermal sleeper bag! And your swaddling
technique is exactly mine, which I teach in classes and in private
practice. I have been thinking about this swaddling issue lately... and
it seems to me that many diverse cultures swaddle.... just as many sling
and many sleep with baby. Can they all be so wrong headed that they need
us American HCPs to help them figure it out.

I am going to have to look up this "Happiest Baby on the Block" if
swaddling is acceptable to that author! (Although I get a little
concerned about the "tight" adjective.
