I got one of thses pumps as a sample and gave it to an  experienced bf'ing mom to use with her second baby as she was pumping to donate to a friend who had adopted a baby. She did manage to use it for quite awhile (since it was free), but also tried some other pumps, and suggested we not purchase the WR pump for our program. She felt is was too difficult to use by comparison and did not get any better results with it. Granted, this is diffeent from the situation where a mom is not also nursing a baby--I do not know if it would be better under those circumstances.
