The following question was asked:

question

I worked at the Penn Jersey Region of the American Red Cross for 5 years, so
contacted them. According to the Donor Services department
> Our criteria allows nursing mothers to donate as long as it has been 6 wks
> since delivery(either vaginal or C-section).

In addition the director of Donor Health suggested drinking additional
fluids. They have no information indicating blood donation would adversely
affect the mother's milk supply. Hope this is of some home.
