last time I checked the cost was less than a single use hand pump, which
could accomplish the same result.

so, if you do not need a pump, you just need the everting to increase
protractility, and, you are unable to do so by finger/cold/vibrating pager
stimulating the nipple to erect, then the Evert It is an option.
