I'm back.  Was on a 2+ week vacation travelling to the West, around
the Olympic Peninsula, over the North Cascades and then home.
MARVELOUS scenery and some good rock collecting.  Now back to work.
I'm gradually catching up on the Lactnet I missed by scanning the
archives for the weeks I was gone, so you may see me commenting on
some "old" issues if I run across something I just can't ignore!

I was initially glad to see the reference to breastfeeding in the
Newsweek special edition.  It was quite favorable, speaking about
the strong recommendations to breastfeed, but then they wiped it all
out by including the all to familiar comment about formula babies
doing well also!  I find it so frustrating that so many publishers
can't stop at the reasons to breastfeed.  They seem to always feel
they have to add that "disclaimer".  ARRGH!
