I also had a mom come in this week with a baby who wouldn't take a
bottle for anything! (I know---smart kid!) Mom called Thursday to say
she is starting work full time on Monday and could I help? The boy is 12
weeks old. He took a bottle once at 6 weeks so she did not anticipate a
problem. They've tried lots of tricks, to no avail. I showed her cup
feeding and syringe/finger feeding. Baby was completely unimpressed.
(Also quite vocal!) Upon questioning, the mom said she had LaLeche
League phone #'s and "might" call them. She also agreed to call me if
she received any suggestions that worked.

Had another mom who delivered her 2nd baby this week who told me her
first wouldn't take a bottle either. That child learned to cluster feed
all night long and sleep during the day. Mom continued to night feed
till her child was 16 months old. :-)
