I am unable to find information about nursing after having surgery to remove
the pituitary gland.  A mother is currently pregnant after being diagnosed
and treated for panhypopituitarianism two years ago.  She is on "several
hormones" on a daily basis.  This is her second pregnancy after having the
surgery, and was not able to make enough milk for her last child.  She had
previously nursed twins for 11 months with no difficulties.  Any info would
be appreciated.  I couldn't find anything about this condition in the
archives.

Seems like domperidone would be ideal in this situation.  I just read several
references to it in Jack Newman's new book (excellant, BTW !) and since it
increases prolactin would this not help this mom?  I'm sure others have more
exact knowledge than I  and hopefully you'll hear from them.
