Anecdotally, I experienced initial latch on pain with all three of my kids
that lasted a few weeks. I also had sore nipples with #1 and #3 but NO
PROBLEMS with #2!!!

Could it be that I had no epidural with #2 and no time for IV fluids,etc with
that delivery as opposed to the other two.....hmmmm???? Anyone else with
similar experiences??? I have surveyed many people (unscientifically) over
the past 11 years and have found numerous others to support this as well.
