The very words 'anonymous dust' would suffuce to raise alarm bells, the
Department is so strict because of the scandal which occurred with 'Angel
dust' in cattle feed several years ago.

There would seem to be no latitude allowed, I understand that at Gomanston
the 'Man from the Department' stated that even sugar should be recorded and
the invoices kept for 5 years.
