Here in Quebec there was, last year, a "cheese scare" and many kilos of good 
fromage was destroyed. There are now regulations coming into place similar 
to those in the U.S.A.. It's a means of making life (very) difficult for 
medium and small producers, it also makes no sense at all, except to 
beaurocrats ...
