You have to wonder if the dust is killing bees that are not even on the
same field, which I gather is true, what else is this dust killing and 
how far does it drift?

How can this be legal, and how can the operators of such equipment
causing apparently widespread pollution off their property not be
charged with an environmental offence now that the problem has been
well-identified and studied for over a year?  What about the 
manufacturers and seed providers?

Corn has been grown in that area for years, but this is something new, 
it seems.
