Not to mention Medela's feeding-bottle GIVEAWAY advertised direct to the
public!

This opens the door to each and every feeding bottle and teat company
out there to pretend their products are "intended for breastmilk", then
claim the IBLCE is being inconsistent by not taking them on as sponsors
also. It has the potential to be a serious undermining of the Code and
everything it stands for.

This seems to be a crunch time: lactation support organisations are
going to have to throw down and publicly decide whether or not they
wholeheartedly support the UN's efforts to improve global child health.
