Dear Carol, I really have no hx regarding WIC and milk and food for infants
and toddlers, but I have a vague idea that it has something to do with
their obsession about anemia :-)  The idea of giving food to pregnant women
and then to their infants probably evolved.  Hope someone can enlighten us.
