Dani says,
"I reminded her that skin-to-skin contact increases prolactin levels to
augment supply,"

So does sleeping with baby.

"but I'm not sure what to tell her about this delayed let down. Any
suggestions? This mom is so frustrated!!"

How about some of the suggestions for delayed let-down of Joyce Mitchell on
Jan 17 and Deborah Tobin on Jan 18.

Having worked with "Ezzo" moms, I know of the inner turmoil they are
experiencing and the tension and uncertainty as they dare to accept that
they and their baby are "failures" in the program. Joyce's and Deborah's
ideas might help them to relax.

What a sadness. I send my caring.
