I don't know if there would be anything near you, but I know that Lact-Aid will send their units anywhere. The last email I got from Jimmie Lynn Avery, before she passed away, was asking me to post to this list that they would ship anywhere, in response to someone who had posted about trying to find a Lact-Aid in Dubai. I ordered from them when we adopted our third child, while we were living in Germany. I would think there would be many places you could order a Medela SNS from. I have used both the Lact-Aid and Medela SNS, quite extensively, nursing my own six adopted children and assisting other adoptive mothers. If you anticipate the mom you are working with needing to use it more than just a short time, I suggest the Lact-Aid. There are features on the SNS that might make it easier to use in a clinical setting, but the Lact-Aid is generally simpler for a mom who has to get set up to nurse with it many times a day, without help, and who doesn't want everyone who sees her nurse to see the unit.

Lact-Aid International's website is www.Lact-Aid.com

Their international phone number is 1-423-744-9090.

Their address is: Lact-Aid International,Inc.P.O. Box 1066Athens TN 37371-1066
USAGood luck!
