Thanks to all, on and offlist, who gave information & suggestions on the use 
of camel milk.  I probably wasn't very clear (shouldn't post late at night) 
but the milk was for the mum not the baby.  Mum was aware that she didn't 
need a replacement for dairy but wanted one to use for an easy breakfast 
with her cereal.

Mum decided to do a trial and noticed no increase of symptoms over the first 
week of trial.  She'll continue to be cautious but was pleased to have an 
easy breakfast.  Mum was very appreciative of the information provided.
