Nikki, with the bottle there is immediate gratification.  With the breast the
baby sometimes has to wait a few minutes for a let-down.  If you've learned
that the bottle gives you a faster means of getting that hunger pain to stop,
you might find it more desirable even if it doesn't taste as good or produce
the same feelings of warmth.  If you've ever seen a baby that's been solely
nursed beyond a month or so... most of them will refuse the bottle, even
though they get the contents within it faster (breastmilk included).
