I have heard of prescriptions being held up in customs, but not since at least a decade ago, and it was very rare, then.  I don't think she needs to worry.  There have been moms in our adoptive breastfeeding group who have said their shipments took longer than they should have, though, so it would probably be good for her to have a compounding pharmacy as a backup.
