Kim Scott wrote about a young nurse with difficulty in getting pregnant that has now been linked to elevated prolactin levels.  Kim, before I'd read more than a few lines of your post, I knew you were going to mention elevated prolactin levels. This isn't off-topic, as this situation can be associated with inapproprite lactation (galactorrhoea).  The young woman seems to have only mild milk leakage, but this can be an inconvenience..
I suggest for solid background information you look at the section on prolactin in Williams Textbook of Endocrinology.  It was updated a year or to ago - i've only read an old edition, and that was very useful.  From your post about her tests, can I assume she doesn't have a pituitary tumour?
