I think this is right  on.   throughout the course of human evolution,
humans nursed around the clock.   our babies our meant to.  it's not the
breastmilk causing cavities...it just doesn't make sense from an
evolutionary perspective.    Its the other food left on our
teeth......add in a mild/moderate vitamin d insufficiency and there's a
recipe for decay.
