A mother of 6 birth children, still breastfeeding the 2yo, is considering adopting 
a drug exposed  infant. She would like to breastfeed the adopted child. She is 
asking about the risk to her of acquiring HIV or Hepatitis by breastfeeding that 
child. She wouldn't know the HIV status until the child is 18mo-2yo. 
There is alot of info/research about mother to child transmission via 
breastfeeding but I can't find anything about child to mother transmission.
