Dear Jay,

Sounds like this mother needs some good counseling to help with the
adjustment and parenting.  You know, your comments on all the crying the
babies were doing because of less care,  made me wonder if the crying isn't
also part of the reason these babies are so gassy.....Which is it? (The
chicken or the egg question).  I wouldn't be surprised if their crying is
making it worse.
