Prolactin levels are only high in the initial months of breastfeeding,
before milk production control switches over from endocrine (prolactin) to
autocrine.  There is no reason why an IVF specialist would know this,
however.  She can tell him to talk to Dr. Peter Ellison, department of
anthropology at Harvard, to confirm this, though.  He's a good guy -- he
would be happy to talk to a fertility specialist.  Tell Dr. Ellison that I
sent you to him.
