Nice job with this family!
After spending today with Dr. McKenna (at a conference!), I might mention a
few ideas in support of cosleeping that are fresh in my mind.....(in terms of
easing Mom's sense of fatigue)
1. mothers who routinely bed share nurse more frequently than those who don't
but they aren't accurate historians ie. they consistently underestimate the
number of times that the baby nursed.
2.Although the frequency is higher in those that bed share the total amt of
time spent *feeding* (and all that it involves)
is greater with the solitary sleepers.
BTW, his presentation was fascinating!
