In this situation I would probably get mom pumping after feedings.  I would
do a pre and post feed weight but I would also supplement with either EBM if
available or ABM at the breast with a supplemental nurser.  We use a feeding
tube and syringe here.  Since mom would be pumping after feedings I would
suggest mom continue to supplement at the breast with whatever she pumped
until the baby started to gain.  Sometimes babies look like they are doing
everything right but they really aren't transferring milk as well as it
appears.  I have found that supplementing them at the breast often corrects
this.  Also, the baby may have an elevated birth weight from intervention
during delivery, depending on what IV fluids and meds mom was given during
labor... still isn't good for a baby to lose that much body weight.  I bet
that things turn around in the next 24 hours as her milk is in more and
more.  

These are just thoughts off the top of my head given that info...
