I've used single-use suture cutters to cut syringes to use for everting
nipples. Not easy, but still preferable to biting the ends off. If you're
already using the syringe for an unauthorized purpose, why not go all the
way and cut it with something inappropriate but imaginative as well?
Remember, not everyone is in the sue-you-as-soon-as-look-at-you US of A, nor
are they in a position to choose in a supermarket of devices and apparatuses
(apparati? a?).
I will admit, sometimes I wish I lived on a planet without nipple shields.
SOMETIMES! The rest of the time, I just wish there were a competent caring
helper in each box of them.
"Need teaches the naked woman to spin."
"In need, the devil eats flies."
Two pithy Norwegian sayings. Elisabet Helsing paraphrased the first one in
her BF book in Norwegian, to "Need teaches the naked woman to breastfeed."
Amen.
