Pat, thanks so much for your response.  My problem is that I am a little dense or something tonight...I'm not understanding if you mean that the frozen colostrum is more beneficial than the fresh mature EBM.  If the mom has been pumping for several weeks and all the colostrum is frozen, is it better to give "mature" fresh milk or should we give the frozen colostrum first no matter how much fresh "mature" milk we have?  Like I said, I'm operating in low gear tonight - sorry.  Thanks for the extra trouble.
