Thanks to all who responded to my post on refs for LC FTEs. I had not
even checked my own books but once I did I found all kinds of good stuff.

One more question. Anyone know what percent of IBCLCs are RNs vs nonRNs?
And can those of you who work in hospitals that don't require their
IBCLCs to be RNs please let me know about your programs?

TIA!

Becky Mannel, BS, IBCLC
