Fascinating stuff, Pamela....my brother worked as a medic in a
mother&baby clinic for some years in Nepal, where bf rates were at
least as high as the ones you outline. He said they did indeed see bf
diffculties, especially breast abscesses, on the outside as well as
inside the breast.
