Parts sound a little more like seborrehic dermatitis, common on eyebrows,
when on top is called cradle cap.

Yellow, crusty, oozing can also be impetigo.

Some of the poor little dears look a wreck until about 3 mo with "newborn
acne." It waxes and wanes.   I tell moms it is always worse looking on the
day they plan to go to Sears and have the pictures taken :-( Then they
laugh.  Reassuring to know it will go away.   Pat in SNJ
