I don't think that would be a wise decision in the situation you describe. 
Potential problem with early expression are contractions because of nipple 
stimulation - and you know moms of twins are especially at risk for a preterm 
delivery. So every intervention that can increase the risk of even earlier birth 
should be weighed very carefully.

Hello everyone  



I have been asked by a mother who is expecting twins next year, and will
probably be delivered early by c section, Could she start expressing before
34 weeks,  I have the article by Sue Cox and  she suggests starting from 34
weeks , why not earlier.
