Hi all,

I would appreciate any information anyone has on lichen sclerosus and any
experiences with the same.  A client is coming to see me next week.  Lichen
sclerosus has been diagnosed on her labia and she has recalcatriant,
unilateral dermatisis on her nipple.
I understand that Paget's has been rulled out.  The pain and itch respond to
testosterone cream but shhe can not continue this treatment because of side
effects.
