Sure some of you have run into the same problem:
 
When looking  to replace our neon transformer for Jacob's Ladder, we haven't
been able to find a unit that doesn't have an internal Ground Fault device.
We've checked with local shops, etc., but aren't having any luck.  If you
have a solution....
