ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

What was one of the oldest ham radio clubs in the country (it was dissolved in the late 1990s), the Amateur Transmitters Association of Western Pennsylvania which was formed in 1926, met monthly for decades at Pittsburgh's original Buhl Planetarium and Institute of Popular Science. Occasionally, they set-up a temporary station at Buhl Planetarium, during public hours. More info:

When the USS Requin Submarine, moored on the North Shore of the Ohio River, became an off-site exhibit of Buhl Planetarium in 1990 (now an exhibit of The Carnegie Science Center), volunteer ham radio operators started transmitting from the submarine's original radio shack. However, I am not sure if this ham station is still active. You will need to check with The Carnegie Science Center to find out.
