Considering that I am the Walrus was from Magical Mystery Tour, which first
aired on Boxing Day 1967 - by which time Bernstein's recorded Mahler cycle
was virtually complete - I have a hard time buying this argument.  Or is
the reference to IATW your own interpolation?
