Thomas Boyce asks:

>Is Krystian Zimerman's performance of Liszt Sonata in B minor as
>good as they say?

I wonder who "they" are? Can I possibly be one of "them?" I was never
much taken with this piece -- or much of anything by Liszt -- until very
recently. Zimerman's poise, impulse, balance and clarity have to be heard
to be properly credited. Very much by coincidence, I shall be netcasting
Zimerman's CD on this coming Sunday, around 9:15 AM Eastern Standard Time,
GMT-5.
