I have been a colombia club member for several years and have had good
experiences.  Thier website has a large selection, and when you go with the
plans that give cd's for 2.99 or 3.99, or whatever, after you buy one at
full price, you end up with shipped cd's for about 7 bucks each.  Still,
don't go with the plan you're talking about, you should look into joining
under the policy of getting 12 cd's for the price of one.  That comes out
fairly cheep.  Just an opinion.
