You wre luckier in America - I think Nazi radio used it as a signature
tune for political broadcasts or something like that - in any case there
are people who can't hear the piece because of this association.

I dare say though that it's unlikely that anyone would dislike Liszt
generally for this reason.  Certainly anyone who rejected him because one
of his lesser pieces was co-opted by the Nazis must be phenomenally and
unbeatably stupid.
