I'm glad someone's now mentioned Vaughan Williams's Job: A Masque for
Dancing, a favourite piece with some delicious sax and assorted brasses
adding nasty snarls and other delicious effects.

And there's also Frank Martin's Ballade for saxophone and orchestra
