Dont forget about the 4th, and that is to 
leave them in the void.

My concern about giving advice over the
phone is that you do not have a clear
description of what the problem is without
an onsite visit.

For example, advice to spray bee killer
into the void, whats on the inside of the
void?,,,,electric panel etc?  What about 
advice to plug the hole,,,if the colony is 
not completely dead, there is good 
possibility of the colony finding entrance
into the living quarters,,then what?

I've had bees in house calls which 
turned out to be swarms or exposed
nest, ect, which beekeepers would 
be happy to retrieve for no cost.
