Beautifully presented! Thank you Mr. Borst. 
I accept that all my bees are mutts. I also propose that it doesn't matter. 
Performance is the test; survive Winter, provide some surplus honey, respond to treatments for mites.
The best get to proliferate and procreate, the 'fails' do not.
