Chopin's Performers

I'm planning to compile a full record of Chopin's works with my CD-R and
I need the best performances.  Currently, I have listened and adored:

   Etudes and Preludes by Mauricio Polini
   Waltzes by Vladimir Bunin
   Some nocturnes and mazurkas by Vladimir Horowitz

What other performers would you recommend? I want to stress that I need
recognized performances not this-pianist-has-a-great-potential ones.
