I think some of the finest performances of Mozart piano sonatas are those
of Lili Kraus.  Either version on Music & Arts, or Sony (import).  I prefer
the Music & Arts versions.  I found Pire's DG traversal uninspired and
bland, personally.  Another set that I have lauded many times before is the
Walter Klein version on Vox.  Another treasure, and budget price!
