IMO it's right up there with the very best, as much for Bruggen as for
Zehetmair.  Very recently I heard an outfit called the Zehetmair String
Quartet in a live radio broadcast do an incredible Beethoven op.74 after
which they did a Kurtag quartet with as much quality (but more difficult
to judge as I have no comparison here).  Does anybody on the list klnow
anything about Zehetmair's adventures with this quartet and have they
released CD's (yet)?
