It was announced in our local paper that pianist's pianist Richard
Goode, Gramophone's current cover boy, scheduled to play a recital here
in a couple of weeks, has canceled all upcoming concerts because of an
unspecified illness; there was a suggestion this might be carpal tunnel
syndrome, or repetitive strain disorder, or some such.  Does anyone have
more definitive information?
